The Cocoa Lab is a new artisan producer of chocolate and patisserie products crafted by Barry Johnson; former Captain of the UK Pastry Team and Le Manoir alumni.
STOP PRESS: You may have seen that Barry won the UK World Chocolate Masters Final in October 2017 meaning that he will be representing the UK in the World Final in Paris in October 2018. As a result The Cocoa Lab is going to be in the incubator for a little longer to allow Barry time to focus on preparing for the Paris final.
